Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Orders are shipped via standard ground carriers. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of your order, and are shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to delivery.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside our control. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will work with you to make it right.
